I’ve been doing a lot of reading about mortgage and loans and any related topics today because I am planning to buy a house. I believe that this is the right time to buy a home. But I really don’t have any knowledge or experience in buying a house; I am first time home buyer. I know that I have to go to a bank or contact real estate agent but besides these I don’t have knowledge about these terms.
